Our Mission
To provide a high quality rental experience for Penn State students by providing clean, efficient, and functional living spaces in an off campus downtown setting. We strive to be attentive and serve the needs of our tenants and exceed their expectations. We continually make annual improvements to the building and grounds to make our tenants feel at home.
Facts
The apartments and houses listed below are on a traditional one year (twelve month) lease beginning in August of the current year and ending in August of the following year. We also have apartments and rooms available for one semester leases to assist students needing a shorter term lease. Please inquire through the Contact Us page and we will let you know what is available.
Tenants
There is additional parking on site for all tenants. To reserve an apartment, each tenant group must individually complete an application, a parental guaranty signed by your parents, and pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Once all paperwork from all tenants is secure, the lease will be signed.
